Store: Unique, L-Shaped layout to the store - unfortunately a detriment in pandemic times with a crowd of customers. Unclear where to order at first, had a couple of people who came after order before I understood. A true Bagel Crew, efficient production but seemingly 1 or 2 staff too many behind the counter. Small to Moderate drink selection, modest deli case display. A lived-in bagel store in all the best ways. Great smell, even through the masks. 4

Bagel: High customer volume means a nice warm bagel. A large bagel, which is medium by Staten Island standards. Garlic/Poppy/Sesame toppings, less than 5 salt crystals. Toppings on one side only. A soft, chewy crackle to the bagel, with little fissures on the shell. Easy on the jaw. 4

Cream Cheese: Served warm with the bagel's assistance, great tang. Nice smooth consistency. Scallion takes a bit of a back seat. Correct amount applied, though I secretly could go for a little more on this one. 4
