Store: Very well considered interior. Large space with self service island in the middle. Wooden floors, formal signage and hundreds of lacquered bagels decorating the walls. Small but diverse drink selection. Large deli case with good selection of spreads. small shop pastries. Casual staff. 4.5

Bagel: Large bagel, toppings on one side. An unusual topping ratio, primarily garlic. No salt crystals but salt evident in the process. Interesting combination of doughy at the meat of the bagel and crusty at the edges. Ultimately results in a feeling of variety rather than unevenness. 4

Cream Cheese: Served cold from the deli case, evenly and adequately applied. A little too cheese-heavy, resulting in overtang. Coldness creates a borderline clumpy situation. Nevertheless, a bagel store spread for sure. 3.5
