Store: A corner store with a corner layout. Unassuming and economical in space usage. Basically no pastry selection and limited drink options. The spread options are dispensed in a salad bar set-up rather than from the deli case, leading to softer serving. More on this later. Efficient staff, efficient experience. 4

Bagel: Large bagel, two-sided toppings. Very strong top density and a bottom topping density slightly below moderate. After many bagels I'm discovering this may be the ideal coverage amount. Standard toppings, the garlic and onion sporting a rich, toasty flavor. Salt crystals visually present at a perfect taste ratio. The bagel is fresh even at the advanced hour but not hot. The shell is crackly, crunchy and crusty without ever touching a toaster. All things considered, this bagel took me by surprise. 4.75

Cream Cheese: Served soft from how it's stored in the prep station, already a huge plus. Even application and perfect amount. Scallions present in flavor though not much texture or visual addition. Bagel store fresh, no overcheese present. A very good spread. 4.5
