Store: Clean, fairly open space, morning TV ambiance. Good display case of items, moderate selection of cream cheeses. Moderate to large drink selection. Staff did not know what gluten-free meant. A little lacking in interaction skills but not unpleasant. 3.75

Bagel: Large bagel, virtually no hole. The 4 big toppings, all on one side. Medium-light toppings, flawless ratio and placement for this tier of topping density. Bagel was fresh, just barely warm. Delightfully crunchy bottom half. Hard to chew as a consequence, but in the way only a bagel can be both hard to chew and enjoyable. 4.25

Cream Cheese: Served colder than desired. Overapplied, which in this instance is better than underapplied but still not ideal. Good flavor. Had me wishing I had the exact experience an hour earlier so the bagel could soften and melt the cream cheese. Nice texture from the scallion. 4
