Bagel: A large bagel, soft but not doughy. Double-sized toppings at medium density, standard topping constitution. Fresh for the lateness of the day, with a pleasing chew. A little more salt in the topping constitution would be desirable. A filling bagel, delivering on everything I would like to see. 4

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cool. Good, even application and adequate amount. The scallions aren't a huge player texture wise but contribute visually and with vegetal freshness. Neutral from a dairy perspective, not excessively tangy or whip cream fresh. Just a solid spread doing exactly what it needs to. 5
