Store: Spacious, two floor location uncommon for a bagel store. All the business happens on the ground floor, with nice spread displays and fun branded shirts. The seating area up top feels very much like an Irish pub to befit the name. The lack of further decoration upstairs feels like a missed opportunity, but the bathrooms downstairs are an unusual and welcome perk for a bagel shop. Fast, friendly and accommodating staff. A good shop for a city respite. 4.25
Bagel: A medium-large bagel. Served Soft and fresh at a later hour. Double-sided toppings at good density. Standard toppings plus oat in the mix, with great density. Salt crystals are less apparent visually but available on taste. One again, Bagel Pub's consistency across shops shines through. 4.25
Cream Cheese: Served cool. Even coverage and good amount applied. Trends towards the dairy latent side, with no distinct ripeness notes. Scallion taste evident, but not much of a player visually or in texture. Nevertheless a solid spread. 4
