Store: Medium-sized, square layout. Nice bagel smell on entry. Pre bagged pastries from seemingly local shops. Moderate drink selection. Comfortable, solid environment for a bagel store but nothing to impress inside. 3.75

Bagel: Large bagel. Toppings on one side and light. Salt crystals present in good ratio to what's there. A wonderful brown shell. Very soft, slightly warm - typically one might describe this as doughy but it's a fairly light load. Minimum crackle. Its shortcomings are as an everything bagel. Could be as much as a half point higher if the expectations were for a plain. Nevertheless, a good experience. 4

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cool, mitigated by the bagel freshness. A thick scallion chop, a plus for visuals and texture. Smooth, fresh. Plays well with the bagel. 4
