Store: An eclectic experience from first entry. Nice handwritten signage, with tchotchkes and superhero figurines adorning the store. Quality pastry offerings and good use of deli case display. Wide selection of drinks, with gluten-free bagels prominently featured. Efficient and friendly staff. Not a traditional bagel store but a good experience. 4.25

Bagel: Large bagel, one side toppings. Good topping coverage on the covered side. Salt crystals present but the ratio is somewhat underwhelming. Standard toppings plus oat, and the most meaningful use of it I may have seen thus far - that is to say, it actually makes its presence known in the flavor profile. A little crumbly on the bite but not offensively so. 4

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cool. Clean, even and adequate application. Very creamy with good scallion size. No sense of overcheese. 4
