Bagel: A large bagel, hefty. One sided toppings, Sesame and poppy only. Nice crispy shell, on the baguette side of things. Lack of salt hurts critically. 3.25

Cream Cheese: Cold but not clumpy. Evenly applied and overapplied in a good way. Fresh, well whipped, great scallion presence, big pieces. 4
