Store: A large, clean space, perhaps a little underutilized due to the pandemic. Z-100's morning zoo show plays on the radio. A decent pastry and drink selection. Engaged staff, but some miscommunications (see below). Not a standout experience, but a consistent one. 3.5

Bagel: Medium-large bagel with large central hole. Standard toppings on one side at moderate density. No salt visible and not particularly briny, but for some reason its presence isn't missed in this instance. The big issue: toasted without asking. For what it's worth the bagel is well toasted - both soft and crunchy - but any finer qualities are blunted as a consequence. 3.5

Cream Cheese: Icing-like from the toasted warmth. Excellent amount - a bounty. Good scallion presence, great tang and fresh. Paired wonderfully with the toasting. 4.25
