Bagel: Extra large bagel, dime for scale. Great toppings perspective. Garlic-dominent, with poppy and sesame regularly interwoven. Salt crystals evident in an even application. Nice to see one topping staking a claim while a ratio is still apparent. One side only (both would be overkill in this set-up). Bagel itself underwhelms. Not hot, not fresh but not old, very chewy.
