Bagel: An afternoon bagel, which is always a consideration when reviewing. Large/Extra large size. Garlic/poppy/sesame toppings, no salt visible but present on taste. One side toppings only. A slight graininess in the dough, easily overcome but present. A good vessel for cream cheese. 3.75

Cream Cheese: Excellent flavor experience, tangy and vegetal from the scallion. Overly generous application, which in this case was welcome. Served on the cold side, typically a detriment but worked here. Not clumpy, still very smooth and yielding in the mouth. Like a savory, slightly heavier version of fresh German schlagg. A top instance of cream cheese served cold, if not the best in the city. 4.75
