Store: Fairly long store, rectangular layout. Morning rock and talk radio playing. Efficient bagel staff, well-stocked deli cases with a variety of pastries. Lots of cream cheeses decorated on top to match their flavor - oreo crumbles, strawberries, etc. Large drink selection. Bagel smell apparent. 4.5

Bagel: Extra large bagel, dime for scale. All standard toppings plus salt, one side only, very good distribution. Fresh but not hot, very light crunch on the bottom side. Just below difficult to chew. A very strong bagel. 4.25

Cream Cheese: Served colder than preferred, yet still finely whipped and soft. Great flavor, extra tang and savory quality. Well applied, not too much or too little. 4.25
