Store: Feels more like a chain sandwich shop interior. Slight bagel aroma in the store. Small drink selection, moderate cream cheese spread, lox on display. Bagels arranged with the care of a DVD collection - too much handling and not enough product turnover. Staff was fast in production but the check out was a little confused. 3

Bagel: Toppings on one side, some salt. Large bagel. Extra chewy but not crispy outer top shell, exceptionally soft bottom half. In the way, almost like a pie crust that gives at about the same pressure as a pop tart - minus the sweetness and the crumbling. Very strange bagel. 3

Cream Cheese: On the cooler side, non-descript in both manners good and bad. Scallion does nothing to modify the experience. 2.5
