Store: L-shaped store with greenhouse-type windows all around the exterior. Typically home to an extensive seating area, the tables are stacked due to COVID. Good signage and layout. Very limited drink and pastry selection, but lots of store packed goods. Good signage, nice hopper management. Fast staff but a little lacking in prioritization. Normally I do not give points on potential but the sunny seating area that's currently off limits is too meaningful to ignore. 4

Bagel: Medium-large bagel. Standard toppings on both sides, though light on top. Salt crystals present and good ratio to the other toppings. Doughy. In the lighter topping bites you can taste the plain bagel potential. 3.75
