Bagel: Served warm at 11:30. Medium-large bagel, standard toppings on both sides, light on application to its detriment. Salt not very apparent on consumption. Very soft bagel, yielding. Great for lovers of doughy bagels. The late in the day bagel warmth suggests great product turnover. 4

Cream Cheese: Served warm from the bagel interaction, well applied. Well whipped and very tangy, trending in the profile of french onion dip. Very aware of the cheese component of the cream cheese with this spread. 4
