Store: Square-shaped store, somehow more uncomfortable to wait in than its size would let on. Confusing ordering process, no tips for newcomers. Great bespoke store signage. Fast, attentive staff. 3.5

Bagel: Medium-large bagel. Standard toppings (one-sided) but barely: Mostly garlic/onion, some sesame, a sneeze of poppy. No salt visually. I could somehow tell yet not taste that salt was present in cooking from a kind of sogginess in the shell and toppings. Struggled hard to find the flavor while eating it but came up empty. The toppings barely added texture. 2.5

Cream Cheese: Served cold. An uneven application to the bagel, making for too much on one half and too little on the other. A very unique blend. Highly vegetal, two or three steps away from a type of scallion salad. As for the cream cheese itself, exceptionally tangy. Almost as though one is eating a thick lemon yogurt spread. Points for originality. 3.5
