Store: A professional set-up. Good signage, organized hoppers and a wide variety of spreads with no flowery presentation. A large floor for customers, moderate drink selection, quality pastry offerings. Efficient staff. One might say antiseptic in its execution, but maybe that's good in this current climate. 4
Bagel: A large bagel of the soft and doughy variety. Toppings on both sides with a thick density on the underside and solid ratios on both. Oat included in the standard topping array, which doesn't play much. Salt crystals are well deployed. A great example of doughy done right. 4.25
Cream Cheese: Softer from bagel heat. A good texture from the scallions with an appreciated over-application. A little messy to its detriment but very fresh with no undue dairy notes. A workingman's cream cheese. 4.25
