Store: A large, open store with a bit of a Wild West vibe to the intentions. Lots of grocery products plus beer, a tray of bagels chilling inside an ice cream cooler. An almost supermarket level of offerings but also clearly serious about the bagel options - uncommon. Fast, friendly staff. Great signage. Berlin's 'Take My Breath Away' plays from a tiny antenna radio, squeezed onto a shelf with the Hostess donuts. The character carries the score far. 4

Bagel: Large bagel with no hole. Fresh but not hot. Light on topping density, though double-sided. Salt crystals are present at a less than desired ratio. In some everything bagels, the lightness of toppings is not a detriment and even works better. Despite having very solid, 'plain bagel' fundamentals - a browned shell that swings both chewy and crispy on various bites - the toppings are missed a little here, particularly in the salt department. But the toasty richness of the shell goes a long way. 4

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cool. Good coverage and even application. The scallion pieces are small and somewhat infrequent, like green confetti. Fresh flavor, no overcheese. A solid bagel store spread. 3.75
