Store: A Long, rectangular store. Good drink, pastry and spread selection. Gluten-free bagels that require toasting but no separate toaster. A little expensive. Well-appointed in most respects but lacking in distinctive character. 3.75

Bagel: A large bagel with toppings on both sides. Uneven density on top, fairly coated on bottom. All standard toppings plus oat and sunflower seeds. Oat presence significant enough to make a flavor impact, but as usual I fail to see the appeal other than a nod to variety. As for the sunflower seeds, too few to be more than a curiosity. A tall bagel with a tough chew - not in the enjoyable way. 3.5

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cold. Scallion brings some texture but that's it. Not compelling flavor wise. Some passing appearance of overcheese from bite to bite. Not compelling flavor-wise, but bagel store quality . Slightly thin application. 3
