Store: Well devised store layout with moderate space for waiting. Moderate to large drink selection, many varieties of cream cheese. Meats and lox available, though not displayed with great intention. Good signage. Efficient staff. Rich bagel smell. Capable but lacking charisma. 4

Bagel: Served warm. Toppings on both sides: light on top, dense on bottom. Oat in addition to standard toppings, very little salt. Although clearly served fresh, it did not leave me with a sensation of freshness. A tough chew, much more crackly on the bottom than the top. 3.5

Cream Cheese: Served room temperature, which is usually a benefit but somehow not in this case. I have no evidence to support this but it seemed preservative heavy, as though it came from a bar and was supplemented with scallions. Room temperature, preserved dairy. 3.5
