Bagel: Large bagel, served very fresh and slightly warm. Unorthodox topping composition with garlic principal and salt second, followed by token amounts of poppy and sesame. Only one sided toppings. Very soft bagel with the slightest bit of shell yield. Really struggled over the final decimal verdict but ultimately the toppings don't play as much of a role as they should, possibly due to the cream cheese component. Nevertheless, a fantastic bagel. 4.25

Cream Cheese: Barely chilled, wonderfully abundant. Walked the line of excess dairy masterfully. This is aided in no small part by the coarse chop scallion, lending a freshness and temperance to the lusciousness. 4.5
