Bagel: An extra large bagel with a central indent for a hole. Exceptionally airy, it compresses considerably on handling and bite. Moderate topping density, one-sided; standard toppings plus oat. Within the topping composition garlic/onion holds the dominant portion. Pair this with the high salt crystal ratio and you've got a great flavor experience. 4

Cream Cheese: Served cool. Even application and good spread amount. Scallion makes nice visual cameos but no real texture play. Spread is silky smooth and rich with no sensation of overcheese. 4
