Bagel: Large bagel. Double sided toppings, appreciably lighter on the underside. Good density and ratio on the more covered side. Salt crystals present. A tough chew almost certainly from late hour. You grade what you get but the potential is very evident in the fundamentals. Even as is, a strong bagel. 4

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cold and thicker as a consequence. Not clumpy, however. A little cheesy but great scallion presence throughout the experience. Messy packaging necessitates some napkin use. 3.75
