Store: Long narrow space, unkept and utilitarian. Much closer to deli than a bagel store in presentation. No spreads visible, understocked drink fridges and pastry section. Bagels themselves displayed in a bare and careless way. Fast, attentive staff and affordable. 2.5

Bagel: Large bagel, toppings on one side and bare-assed on the other. Not hot or particularly fresh seeming. All standard toppings plus salt crystals, with a high quality ratio between them. The bite is very unusual - cleaving in chunks. Although clearly not the case, it's as though the bagel was frozen and then thawed at room temperature before served. The flavor of the dough itself was closer to true neutral, like matzo somehow leavened. The toppings are all that keep this above water. 2.5

Cream Cheese: Served cold, well applied. Decent scallion representation, finely chopped and present frequently. A cheese-forward spread in a generic fashion, but seemingly store made. 3
