Bagel: A large bagel with a central dent for a hole. Exists in the space between fresh and old, which makes sense if there's only one batch a day. Good topping density on both sides with meaningful oat presence. Great salt crystal ratio, prominent in every bite. More than most, a store where time of day visited is crucial, as the fundamentals are clearly there. Having arrived on the AM side of noon, I feel no guilty conscience. 3.75

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cool. Good coverage on the bagel and abundant in a good way. Fresh flavor, with great texture contribution from the scallion. 4.25
