Store: Brunch restaurant specializing in Jewish deli cuisine. Large dining area with lots of natural light, decorated with a fun, artistic slant. Outdoor dining area for the warmer months. No true expectations for the serice considerations you'd see at a standard bagel store like speed of order, drink fridges, order flow, etc. Variety and quality of Jewish comfort food offerings is excellent. Ate with two other people and the tables they have for 3 are a little cramped if you want to sample everything. Either ditch a friend or bring another. 4.25

Bagel: On the large side, with a small central hole. Toasted without request, likely due to it being on the later side of the day. Strong topping density on both sides, standard composition. Limited salt visible or on taste. A soft chew even with the light toasting. Does a decent job standing on its own but would almost certainly be improved with one of their prescribed sandwich offerings. 3.75

Cream Cheese: Served warm as a consequence of the toasting. Good amount and even coverage. A fine cut scallion, light on texture and heavy on onion flavoring. Dairy neutral with limited ripeness. A versatile, professional spread. 4.25
