Bagel: Large bagel, toppings on both sides. Standard plus salt, a good ratio. Made that day but very tough. Nearly out of bagels in the store despite the relative early time, seemingly to minimize waste. Quality suffers as a consequence. Ripped up my mouth a bit on chewing. Likely better earlier in the day. 3.5

Cream Cheese: Served closer to room temp (a plus), applied thinly (a minus). Very minimal scallion presence, only really apparent through close visual exam. Decent as standard cream cheese but that's not the order, is it? 3.25
