Store: Small but efficient set up. Ticket system for ordering, which is of little consequence at this time of day. Spreads displayed in a very utilitarian fashion, bagels prominently displayed at the point of order. Strong drink and pastry selection. Friendly staff. A solid store experience. 4.25

Bagel: Extra large and tall bagel with a dimple rather than a middle hole. Two-sided, standard toppings with light coverage. It appears some density was lost in prep. Good salt ratio for what is there. A tough chew, owed surely in part to the lateness of the day. 4

Cream Cheese: Fresh with just the right amount of tang. Smooth and silky. A little messy application but good amount and even coverage. Good serving temperature and a good compliment to this particular bagel. 4.25
