Bagel: Large bagel with a small central hole. Two-sided toppings, standard. Light on bottom, strong density on top. Salt crystals present at a decent ratio. Tough and old for the day, which is no surprise with the lateness of the hour. There's not much here to suggest an earlier arrival would bring out markedly higher quality, however. 3.25

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cool. Decent coverage and amount. Glommy and lacking silken freshness. Big scallion chunks raise the provide of the spread slightly. 3
