Store: A small shop with a cafe style setup and aesthetic. Bagels hanging in individual baskets on the wall. A father and daughter team work together, the daughter seemingly back for the holidays. Bagel: Medium-sized bagel. Standard toppings on one side, no salt present. Toasted without my request. Good light toasting, slight singe along the cut line. Needed the toasting to be honest, so in some ways I applaud the initiative. 3.75/5 with toasting, without: 3.25
