Store: Large customer area. A single table in the middle with a scant assortment of items - possibly missing tables due to COVID concerns. Very diverse variety of salads and spreads, all displayed with functionality prime. Eight or so drink fridges but seemingly no refrigeration in the one I opened. Lots of pastries available. One is left with a strange contrast of bounty and vacancy. It is a gap not of disappointment, but potential. 4

Bagel: Large bagel, light toppings on top but strong density on bottom. Excellent topping composition and salt ratio; punches through on every bite. A wonderfully soft, doughy bagel, not hot but disarmingly fresh for the lateness of the day. A gold standard example of what a soft bagel is capable of. 4.5

Cream Cheese: Neutral temperature, luxuriously applied (great for reclaiming lost everything topping). A little too glommy, with scallions as an afterthought. Still, it delivers as bagel store fresh. 4
