The front half features significant seating options with the back half handling the prep and food offerings. Moderate drink selection, small pastry selection but impressive looking B&W cookies. The efficiency of the ticket order system is undermined slightly by ambiguous signage. A large crew behind the counter, efficient, mostly dedicated to online orders. An attractive and impressive variety of spreads on display. Shiny Happy People by REM plays on the radio. 4

Bagel: A large bagel, served fresh but not warm. Standard toppings applied on both sides at strong density. Nice and bulbous, with a strong chew and great crackle to the shell. Pleasantly browned throughout, giving that sensation of toastiness without being toasted. Salt presence is solid with no brash overtures. 4

Cream Cheese: Served smooth at room temperature, even and measured overage. An exceptionally fresh spread with no sense of overcheese. Generous chunks of scallion provide great texture pop. A professional spread through and through. 4.25
