Store: A long rectangle space with ceiling-length windows up front and service in back. On the right side sits a sizable refrigerator section for drinks and other chilled goods, on the left an impressive coffee and pastry station. Behind the register sits a well-stocked salad bar station that is a hallmark of most kosher bagel spots. The customer area is large and comfortable to stand in. There's a ticket order system that's hardly necessary given the speed of service. A very solid and efficient set-up. 4

Bagel: A medium sized bagel. Golden brown exterior, double-sided topping of light density. Good audible crackle on bite yet still doughy. A light salt touch. 4

Cream Cheese: The onion flavor goes to eleven on this one in a way I respect for its boldness. With its rich green color and spinach-like texture, it's possible these are chives rather than scallion. The application is a little thin for my taste, although even. A fun spread. 4
