Bagel: Medium-large size bagel. One-sided standard toppings at average density. Salt crystals present with an acceptable ratio. Delivered from outside to the store. A tough chew, showing some age from the day. Clearly comes from good stock but the travel is felt. 3.5

Cream Cheese: Asked specifically if they carried scallion cream cheese, was told yes but received dill. I enjoy dill cream cheese very much, and nice for variety, but not the purpose of this exercise. 3.5
