Bagel: One sided toppings, large. Decent but uneven topping density. Good salt ratio. Nice char on the garlic and onion topping. Not hot but fresh. Good crackle on the lower half. A little unconventional on the baking style, almost like a pretzel cart pretzel. Kudos for having a distinct perspective. 3.75
