Bagel: Large bagel. About 80% of the topping was garlic, with some poppy and sesame lightly on one quarter. Salt not visually apparent but apparent on the bagel shell. If 2.5 is the water mark for a grocery store bagel, this rises just above. Would be more successful as a strictly garlic bagel. 2.75

Cream Cheese: Thinly applied but not good enough to desire more. The tang it provides is too close to - though does not achieve - undesirable. Scallion a non-factor. 2.5
