Bagel: An extra large bagel with a slight indent for a hole. Great visual appeal, from its irregular shape to its all encompassing texture composition. Very good salt ratio within the topping amount. A tougher chew in a way that isn't enjoyable, existing in the space between fresh and old. 3.5

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cool. Thin amount and slightly uneven application. A thicker consistency than average. Small chop scallion, not much influence on texture or flavor. Generally dairy neutral, but when tangy bites appear they are welcomed. 3.5
