Bagel: A large bagel with lovely, whorling terrain. Two-sided toppings at moderate to high density, standard everything topping. Several salt crystals but not much taste presence. A doughy chew with slight fissures on bite, chewier on the edges. The lack of salt representation ultimately hurts the experience some. 3.5
