Store: Very spare set-up, with counter seating by the window and several booths. Lots of bold, colorful signage on the wall and multiple layers of updated pricing tacked and taped on top of each other. Small drink selection, modest spread selection set-up cafeteria container style. Solo woman on staff very pleasant and quick. Low on amenities, high on charm. 4.25

Bagel: Medium-sized bagel, dense toppings on one side. Served fresh but not hot. Standard toppings minus salt crystals, with no real salt flavor apparent. A dough that's hard to classify - soft yet crumbly, grainy yet smooth. A unique perspective but not revolutionary. 3.75

Cream Cheese: Served cold from the metal cafeteria bucket. A very thick profile. Too generous with the cream cheese application. It dwarfs the bagel flavor and the thickness makes it impossible to tone down quantity easily. Scallions present but a non factor. 3.5
