Store: Long, rectangular store. Great set up, efficient. Wide variety of spreads, lox prominently displayed in full belly fillet. Diverse pastry and drink selection. Staff a little too efficient, aggressively so. Mark it down as interesting rather than a detriment, but some might be turned off. 4.5

Bagel: Medium-Large bagel. Toppings on both sides, very light. Standard toppings plus oat, at one of the higher oat ratios I've ever seen relative to the total topping package. A very tough chew, falling into undesirable. Seemingly due to the lateness of the day, though the store activity suggests they'd have high bagel turnover. 3.25

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cold. Smooth, not clumpy or thick. Good scallion chunk. A clean taste with no meaningful overcheese. Not doing much to distinguish itself, however. Rises to the level of bagel store CC. 3.5
