Bagel: Large bagel, toppings on both sides, heavier on one. Served fresh, not hot. No salt crystals or presence on shell, which felt missed. Very strong on the onion and garlic portion of the equation, which can be a nice change of pace when eating standard everything's so routinely. Otherwise, the bagel tasted somewhat bland beneath the toppings. Soft, but a bit of a bore to chew. 3.25
