Bagel: Large bagel, toppings way out of whack. Lightly applied, missing in large sections, a single salt crystal, three garlic flakes. One side coverage only. Remarkably, under this shoddy covering exists a quality bagel. Toasty, lightly crunchy exterior shell, soft and airy interior. Not hot on eating but extremely fresh. Closer to the experience of eating quality bread rather than a quality bagel. 4

Cream Cheese: Applied from a quart tub, as though it were purchased at another store and brought there. Underapplied for the size of the bagel, served too cold for the bagel temperature. Get me off this review roller coaster. 3
