Store: An excellently stocked store with many spreads, good pastry coverage, excellent drink variety and various other deli offerings. A large, clean store with precious kitchen quotes on wooden signs. Even gluten-free offerings, but here the score takes a hit. When asked to prepare a gf-bagel, gloves were changed at request but the same knife and cutting board were used, rendering the bagel inedible. Points naturally deducted, but if allergies are not a concern this is a solid store. 3.5

Bagel: A large bagel with a slight hole. Two-sided toppings with heavy topping density on each side - uncommon. Salt crystals present but a little lower ratio than I'd prefer. A soft, doughy chew, no crackle to the shell. Very filling. It could stand to be a little fresher but by no means old. Toppings reign supreme here. 4

Cream Cheese: Served deli case cool. Good amount and even coverage. Slightly messy to eat. A fresh spread with no overcheese. The scallions make no exceptional statement but work well in a support role. A workmanlike spread. 4
