Store: A square, compact store packed with quality goods all immediately accessible. Good pastry selection, good drink selection and literal towers of cream cheese 12-18 inches tall in the deli display case. Z100 plays on the overhead radio. All these positives are mitigated by a staff that seems to pick the most circuitous route to completing every task while insisting on doing six tasks at once. While everyone was very nice, it took in excess of 15 minutes to receive the order with 3 staff working and two customers ahead. Great for the amenities, not so great (at least today) on task focus. 3.75

Bagel: EXTRA large. 2 sided toppings, lighter on one side, with standard topping assortment. Lots of topping debris from prep available to 'dip-and-recoup' via the natural stickiness of the cream cheese. Could be fresher but surprisingly not a difficult chew despite it's large size. No salt. Not as missed as some other bagels but enough to keep it out of the top tier. 3.75

Cream Cheese: Slightly messy, good amount and coverage. Excellent scallion size, providing lovely texture. Fresh, good temp. 4
