Store: A long store with a hip vibe. Indie rock playing overhead. A good selection of products overall. Little backyard area. The ordering system is a little overwrought but the staff is friendly enough. With the pandemic occurring waiting for your order is done outside, so not much time to understand the space. Nevertheless the elements are there. 4

Bagel: Immediately the word 'generous' comes to mind. Large, tall, squishy bagel with perhaps the strongest double-sided topping density I've seen yet. Excellent salt ratio notable in every bite. Slightly warm and very fresh. One could even say the topping coverage is so good it's a slight detriment as it obscures just how tender the bagel is. Nevertheless, its close proximity to Tompkins Square park makes this a destination bagel. 4.5

Cream Cheese: Extremely fresh, slightly tangy, perfect application amount and coverage. The scallion presence is not vocal but felt. Warmed slightly from bagel. An excellent pairing. 4.5
