Bagel: An extra large bagel with one-sided toppings. Wildly high salt ratio for an everything: basically a salt bagel with everything compliment. Likely the highest salt content for an everything in the city. A grip-and-rip chew in a way that's rewarding rather than frustrating. It's a little unclear how fresh the bagel is but given the previous qualities it doesn't really matter. If you're a tough chew salt lover, this is for you. 4.25

Cream Cheese: A dairy forward spread, served cool. The salt bite from the bagel and the assertive tang of the spread make a formidable 1-2 punch on first bite.
