Store: A large store, roughly square shape, with a central island of lunch heating trays. Less a bagel store and more a classic downtown lunch-and-run establishment. As such, a high variety of services offered, including a large drink selection with alcohol. It seems unlikely the bagels are made on premises, though I cannot confirm. Good for what it is, but not a bagel store first and foremost. 3.5

Bagel: A medium sized bagel. Two-sided moderate topping density of the standard variety. No salt crystals to speak of but a briny shell. Garlic and onion come pre-blackened without toasting, which is a decent strategy for this type of bagel. All that said, closer to a grocery store bagel experience than you'd like from a bagel shop. 3.25

Cream Cheese: Evenly applied and a decent amount, served at room temperature. Scallion makes little appearance in taste, texture or optics. A dairy forward spread that doesn't do much with the ripeness it presents. 3.25
