Extremely attentive, good-natured man representing the only customer-facing staff. Demonstrates the bagel with cream cheese on it to confirm my satisfaction. Bagel: Medium-large bagel, made at the start of the day. Excellent topping composition, standard plus salt crystals at quality ratio and dense, dual-sided coverage. Too tough of a chew, presumably from prolonged air exposure. A gold star example of a bagel toasting candidate.
