Store: Comfortably-sized customer space. Deli casing against the left wall, out of commission bar seating to the right, and a small selection of drinks to the back with a coffee station. A bit vacant feeling but clean. Trucked in baked goods, not unusual but prominently felt. Quick staff, pleasant. No larger life to the space, but professional. 3.75

Bagel: Medium-sized, fresh but not hot. One-sided toppings, sans salt. Densely applied seeds and garlic with a fascinating consistency around the entire bagel, as though applied with a photoshop brush. The end result is a rare instance of a bagel both chewy and crispy, its crackle due to the 'shell' of sesame and poppy seeds. Truly something to consider for bagelsmiths. In other aspects the bagel could not rise to greatness, but points for the potential. 4

Cream Cheese: Served cold, too cold for my tastes. A fair, even application. Fresh made, scallion apparent, trends slightly too cheesy. 3.75
